We are seeking an experienced and driven EICA Site Survey Engineer to support the successful delivery of electrical projects within the water industry.
The Role
- Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- 1 x role is able to work from one of our regional offices with regular visits to our Midsomer Norton Headquarters.
- 1 x role is able to work from one of our regional offices with regular visits to our Maidstone office.
As an EICA Site Survey Engineer you will:
- Obtain and review existing electrical designs, layouts and missing site information to support the design team.
- Review and approve electrical designs in accordance with Bridges and client standards.
- Carry out or organise site surveys to gather required information for design completion.
- Provide site-based feedback, reports and findings to design teams and PM/PE.
- Identify and manage Risks, Opportunities, Issues and Assumptions throughout the design phase.
- Act as liaison between PM/PE and design teams for specified projects.
- Locally manage design activities on behalf of the PM/PE, ensuring:
- Deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and to specification.
- RFIs are raised and responses managed effectively.
- Blockers are identified and resolved promptly.
