Role Overview
Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Initially onsite at our Midsomer Norton Office or our Swansea office and progression to Hybrid Working.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Support site surveys and compile associated survey reports
- Produce accurate quotations to agreed timescales
- Maintain and update internal quotation and enquiry records
- Liaise with internal teams including Proposals Engineers, Project Managers and the Bid Manager
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, deadlines and follow-up actions
- Ensure all enquiries are entered, updated and tracked through the CRM
- Participate in handover meetings to ensure a smooth transition from tender to delivery

Essential Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Willingness to undertake site visits and work in both office and field environments
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn within a technical environment
