Role Overview

Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Initially onsite at our Midsomer Norton Office or our Swansea office and progression to Hybrid Working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation
  • Support site surveys and compile associated survey reports
  • Produce accurate quotations to agreed timescales
  • Maintain and update internal quotation and enquiry records
  • Liaise with internal teams including Proposals Engineers, Project Managers and the Bid Manager
  • Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, deadlines and follow-up actions
  • Ensure all enquiries are entered, updated and tracked through the CRM
  • Participate in handover meetings to ensure a smooth transition from tender to delivery

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Willingness to undertake site visits and work in both office and field environments
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn within a technical environment
