If you are looking for an easy job, this isn’t one. We are looking for someone who is ready to build a career, not just find a job – someone who’s excited to learn, enjoys meeting people and wants to become an exceptional Estate Agent.

You’re ambitious and excited to build a long-term career. You enjoy meeting new people and building relationships. You love learning and genuinely want to improve every day. You enjoy being busy and like the idea of no two days being the same. You’re the type of person who asks questions rather than pretending to know all the answers. You take pride in doing a great job, even in the small things. You enjoy working as part of a supportive team. You welcome feedback because you know it’s one of the quickest ways to grow. You want to work somewhere that will invest time into helping you become the very best version of yourself.

So…what will you do? You’ll work alongside our experienced Estate Agents, receiving daily coaching from our Lead Estate Agent while learning every stage of the property sales journey. From day one you’ll be involved in:

  • Conducting property viewings
  • Speaking with buyers and gathering viewing feedback
  • Helping prepare Take On communications for new instructions
  • Supporting our Estate Agents with client care
  • Learning negotiation skills, sales techniques and how to win business
  • Creating social media content and building your own profile
  • Delivering the exceptional client experience Bridges is known for.

Every day is an opportunity to learn something new.

This role might not be for you if… You’re looking for a role where every day is the same. You prefer working independently rather than as part of a close-knit team. You’re happiest staying within your comfort zone instead of learning new skills. You’d rather avoid feedback than use it to improve. You’re looking for a job where you can simply turn up, do the minimum and head home. You’re not particularly interested in building a long-term career.

We’re incredibly passionate about what we do, and we’re looking for people who share that enthusiasm.

What we’re really looking for… Previous Estate Agency experience is not important. What matters most is your attitude. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Positive
  • Hard-working
  • Confident speaking with people
  • Organised
  • Resilient
  • Eager to learn
  • Driven to succeed

If you’ve got those qualities, we’ll teach you everything else.

Why Bridges? Because we’re not interested in creating average Estate Agents. We’re building a team of people who genuinely want to be the very best. You’ll receive structured training, daily coaching, real responsibility and a clear pathway to becoming a successful Estate Agent. From the beginning, you’ll be trusted, supported and encouraged to grow, with experienced mentors around you every step of the way. Our goal isn’t to keep you as a trainee, our goal is to help you build a career.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. We can teach Estate Agency, but we can’t teach attitude. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll help you build an incredible career.
