The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Direct Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites. The role is contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A company van will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards and industry regulations.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams.
  • Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans.
  • To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
  • To coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
  • Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
  • Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst peers.
  • To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company's positive reputation.

Experience:

  • Experience in managing M&E sites.
  • Experience in a civil/utilities environment.

Qualifications:

  • Gold Card CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • Appropriate trade certificate/qualification
  • Good client management and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Black Card CSCS
  • Water industry experience
  • EUSR
  • IPAF, PASMA, confined space
