Our Fleet office is a key part of that success story — and we are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Client Manager to help us grow our market share in this highly competitive area.
This is a role for a proven performer — someone who already delivers instructions and sales, and now wants to take their career to the next level within a structured, ambitious, and supportive business.
The Role – Overview
Building on your track record of instructions and sales, you will continue developing your skills with a focus on market share growth in a competitive market. You will:
- Play an integral part in increasing our profile and brand, building on our existing success in Fleet
- Follow the systems and processes built at Bridges to ensure business objectives and personal KPIs are achieved
- Contribute to a motivated team focused on challenging for top spot in town
- Help grow office turnover and profitability by delivering our strategy
- Provide effective client management to achieve each client’s goal of a successful sale
- Deliver a high level of service to clients, contacts and the local community
- Work hard at your personal Pathway and KPIs to progress towards Executive Client Manager
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and communication
- Uphold the public perception of the company through boards, marketing, photography and office standards
- Generate valuations and instructions through database work, canvassing, touting and relationship building
- Conduct viewings (yours and others’) with a clear objective of securing offers and provide high-quality vendor feedback
- Support team activity including canvassing and prospecting
- Adhere to compliance and service expectations
- Proactively refer to our Financial Services and Conveyancing partners
- Work closely with our Lettings team to grow landlord relationships that convert into future vendors
Salary £64,840 – £68,000 OTE. Unrivalled uncapped commission structure.

- Full UK driving licence (automatic or manual)
