Bridges is one of the most recognised and trusted estate agents across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire, known for our award-winning service, innovation, and commitment to developing our people.

About the Role

As a Lettings Client Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our lettings portfolio — winning new instructions, securing lets, and strengthening Bridges' presence in the Fleet market. This is a hands-on, performance-led role where your success will come from building strong relationships, generating consistent leads, and delivering an exceptional client experience from valuation through to completion. You’ll work within a motivated team focused on increasing market share, profitability, and local brand reputation across Fleet and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new valuations, lets, and landlord instructions through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Follow Bridges’ proven systems and processes to meet business objectives and exceed personal KPIs.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals through to successful move-in.
  • Deliver exceptional service and professional communication at every stage of the client journey.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing lettings team to hit branch targets and maintain top market position.
  • Uphold Bridges’ reputation through excellent presentation, accurate marketing, and high service standards.
  • Build a strong local presence by canvassing, touting, and engaging with landlords, tenants, and the community.
  • Refer clients effectively to our trusted financial and conveyancing partners.
  • Adhere to compliance processes, lettings legislation, and internal service-level expectations.
  • Work toward further progression on our structured Career Pathway to Senior and Executive Client Manager levels.

What We Offer

  • Outstanding earning potential: Competitive salary with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
  • Career progression: Fast-track pathways to Senior and Executive Client Manager roles.
  • Training & development: Support toward NAEA/ARLA qualifications, industry-leading training, and professional mentoring.
  • Supportive environment: Family-run culture where your contribution is recognised and valued.
  • Work-life balance: Time off in lieu for weekend work, plus additional leave for KPI achievement.

Benefits

  • 31 days’ annual leave from day one (increasing with service)
  • Paid membership of professional bodies (subject to qualifying period)
  • Workplace pension
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for staff and family
  • Mileage allowance
  • Handy internal app for holidays, mileage, and staff documents
  • Annual awards, incentives, and competitions recognising performance
  • Modern workspaces, strong team spirit, and active involvement in local charities

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant experience in property lettings or sales, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Is ambitious, confident, and results-driven
  • Thrives under pressure in a competitive market
  • Has strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • Holds a full UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Wants to build a long-term career with a respected, forward-thinking company
