Bridges Camberley is looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to take the lead in matching buyers to property, driving office performance, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.
About the Role:
As the driving force for sales in the Camberley office, you’ll be responsible for matching applicants to our stock, generating leads, closing deals, and supporting the branch in hitting its targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work at a fast pace to match buyers to properties and exceed personal KPIs.
- Provide outstanding customer service both in the office and during viewings.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of your applicants and our property stock.
- Generate high-quality leads for valuations, mortgage appointments, and viewings.
- Make proactive outbound calls and manage client relationships.
- Negotiate offers, secure sales, and progress transactions to successful completion.
- Manage your diary effectively, allowing appropriate time for appointments and travel.
- Carry out viewings and deliver detailed feedback to vendors.
- Assist with canvassing, touting, and maintaining high standards in photography and floorplans.
- Proactively prospect new business through door knocking and leaflet drops.
- Refer clients to our mortgage and conveyancing partners.
- Handle inbound call traffic with professionalism and a “can do” attitude.
- Support the company’s board presence and office presentation in the local area.
- Work alongside the lettings department to help grow landlord and future vendor relationships.
- Uphold compliance standards and company expectations at all times.
