The Role:
As a Sales Progressor, you will manage the full post-sale journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for progressing transactions efficiently, maintaining strong communication across all parties, and proactively resolving any issues to keep deals on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales from offer agreed through to exchange of contracts
  • Ensure buyers and sellers instruct solicitors and progress mortgage applications promptly
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, identifying and resolving delays
  • Maintain regular communication with all parties including solicitors, buyers, sellers and mortgage advisors
  • Attend pipeline meetings and provide accurate updates
  • Support clients in property searches within the Bridges network
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, driving five-star reviews
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting on pipeline performance and exchange rates
  • Assist with renegotiations and prevent fall-throughs where possible
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

About You:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency, lettings or sales progression. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions. Proactive, solution-focused and calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A team player with a professional and positive attitude.

Location & Flexibility:
This role is based in our Aldershot office, with hybrid working available (maximum 2 days working from home per week). You may also collaborate across our wider network, including: Farnborough, Ash Vale, Fleet, Farnham, Camberley, Frimley, Hook, Basingstoke and Bracknell Forest.
