At Bridges Estate Agents, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Progression professional running a team or ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact. This is a great opportunity if you’re currently a Sales Progressor, Team Leader or Manager and want to take ownership of a key part of the business while developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, supporting and developing our Sales Progression team and processes
- Keeping property sales moving smoothly from offer to completion
- Monitoring the pipeline and helping resolve any challenges quickly
- Building great relationships with branches, clients and our legal partners
- Delivering a consistently high level of accurate forecasting and customer experience
