About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting property offices in the South East. You’ll be responsible for managing a vibrant portfolio of 150–160 properties and delivering the outstanding property management service we’re known for. Following your initial 3 months of in-office training, you’ll benefit from our hybrid working model – 2 days remote, including one day spent on property visits, giving you a great balance of office-based support and on-the-ground insight.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Delivering five-star customer service across all touchpoints – phone, email, and in person
  • Introducing yourself as the main contact within 48 hours of move-in
  • Managing maintenance issues swiftly and professionally
  • Conducting property visits and ensuring safety and compliance
  • Managing tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations to maintain continuity

  • Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ideally located within 20 minutes of our Aldershot office – we value local knowledge
