The Role

We are looking for a skilled Production Installation Engineer to support the manufacture and testing of control panels and MCCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, wire and assemble control panels and MCCs from schematic, circuit and layout drawings.
  • Prepare components, materials, tools and work areas to support efficient production and installation activities.
  • Interpret technical drawings and project documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning and fault-finding activities.
  • Carry out quality checks, inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Liaise with supervisors, managers and other contractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workmanship and workshop organisation.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including lock-off systems, RAMS and STAR (Stop, Think, Act, Review).
  • Panel building experience
