Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an ECS Gold card, a valid driving licence, and proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems. These roles offer the flexibility of being based from home with the expectation to travel and work away at times. As this is a client-facing role, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills. The Role:
- Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday.
- Paid hourly with overtime paid.
- Field-based roles.
- Paid travel time door to door.
- Ideally based in the South West (M5 Corridor) and/or Wales.
- Company Van provided.
Primary duties will include:
- Driving to the job location.
- Project installation.
- Infrastructure maintenance.
- Inspection and testing.
- Fault Diagnosis and rectification.
- Customised Solutions, Maintenance and Breakdown (CSMB).

We deal with a wide range of client demands including:
- Electrical Safety and management systems (ESMS).
- Design and delivery of a diverse range of products including:
- Automatic road barrier installs.
- Traffic management design and install.
- Design and Installation of site power infrastructure.
- Install site equipment e.g. field conveyors, stone crushers, belt weighers etc.
- Control panel build and modification.
Essential:
- ECS gold card.
- Fitness to work medical.
- Full UK driving Licence.
- Experience with 3 phase motors and control systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
Desirable:
- Test and Inspect.
- PASMA/IPAF.
- Industrial and/or panel wiring experience.
