The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
The Role: Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Paid hourly with overtime paid. You will be paid travel time door to door on top of your contracted and overtime hours. We are hiring due to an increase in workload across the Southern region. Company Van with fuel card issued.
Role Purpose: To be responsible for supervising mechanical installations. Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the projects quality plan and inspection and test plans. To follow and promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment. Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients. Promote positive health and well-being amongst their peers.

Requirements
- Essential: Experience as Mechanical Supervisor or Fitter, Experience within water, construction, or industrial industries, Full UK Driving Licence, Fit for work medical, Good client engagement and communication skills, Appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification, SSSTS/SMSTS.
- Desirable: EUSR, PASMA/IPAF, Confined Space Inspection and testing certification.
