We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Control Panel Testing and Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the testing and quality of various equipment manufactured for the industrial engineering industries.

Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
The Role: Working at our Midsomer Norton Manufacturing complex, this role will see you working normal day shifts, contracted to 40 hrs per week, with all overtime paid at a standard rate and an early finish on a Friday. You will be responsible for the testing and quality assurance of complex control panels and MCC equipment, along with an array of kiosk-based MEICA. You will take ownership of completing test documents and authorise BS7671 installation certificates. This is a client-facing role, as our customers visit our facility for factory acceptance tests.
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of panel wiring experience
- Prepared to take responsibility for self and others
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
Desirable:
- Control panel testing experience
- A relevant electrical/electronic qualification
- Knowledge of the water industry mechanical and electrical specifications.
