Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Gold Card, a valid driving licence, and proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems. This role offers the flexibility of being based from home, with the expectation to travel and work away at times. As this is a client-facing role, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills. The Role:
- Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid.
- This is a field-based role. You will be paid your travel time door to door.
- Travelling to client sites across South West Wales.
- Company van provided.
Primary duties will include:
- Project installation
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Inspection & testing
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Customised Solutions, Maintenance & Breakdown (CSMB)

As a CSMB engineer, you will not just be another electrician; you will have the freedom to make the role your own. We deal with a wide range of client demands including:
- Electrical safety management systems (ESMS)
- Design and delivery of a diverse range of projects including:
- Automatic road barrier installs
- Traffic management design and install
- Design and installation of site power infrastructure
- Install site equipment e.g. field conveyors, stone crushers, belt weighers etc.
- Control panel build and modification
Requirements:
- ECS gold card (essential)
- Fitness to work medical
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with 3 phase motors and control systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings
Desirable:
- Test and Inspect
- PASMA / IPAF
- Industrial and/or panel wiring experience.
