We are seeking a full-time Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and day-to-day feeder fund operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build experience in fund operations and investor services. This position requires strong time management, accountability, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for executing time-sensitive tasks in a structured and reliable manner while maintaining a high standard of precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding, including review of subscription documents and entry of investor data
  • Track and manage onboarding workflows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely execution
  • Assist with capital call and distribution reconciliation processes
  • Maintain and update investor records, transactions, and supporting documentation
  • Support investor and client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fund administrators, RIAs, law firms)
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or missing information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related role (internships count)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and general comfort with data systems
