Fixed Term - 12 Months
We are a well-established user of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) and are very proud of the excellent work we have already completed in developing this system and supporting our customer departments. We are currently preparing to transition to a new social care case management system and are looking for two members of staff who can work with our system users to support this process. - Work with system users to support the transition to a new social care case management system.
Requirements:
- A Basic criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) together with a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check is a requirement for this post.
The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
