We need Social Workers to assess and support children and families across the county borough. We are recruiting a Social Worker in our locality hubs. Our Locality Teams are based within four community hubs and are co-located with Family Support Services. Together they provide a continuum of services ranging from early help to intensive provision for families with complex needs.

We also have teams that specialise in children with disabilities and young people aged 16 and over who are entitled to leaving care services. Our MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) incorporates the requirements of the Social Services.
