Support people to live well - on their own terms. Ty Llwynderw is an Extra Care service where people live in their own apartments and receive just enough support to stay well, remain active, and continue the life they’ve built. Alongside the Extra Care flats, we provide 24-hour residential care for people living with dementia, where consistency and compassion make all the difference.

You’ll work as part of a skilled, multi-agency team alongside Codi Group colleagues, District Nurses, Social Workers, and Therapists - visiting people in their own homes and providing care in our residential suite, always guided by what matters most to the individual. We work a flexible rota covering days, afternoons, and nights. This is deliberate - the team who know people during the day are the same team supporting them at night, which means genuinely consistent care around the clock.

What we’re looking for:

  • People with excellent values - respectful, a good listener, and someone who believes in supporting people to do things for themselves.
  • You’ll need to be registered with Social Care Wales (or commit to registering within six months), and hold or be working towards a Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), which must be in place within three years of registration.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive pay, generous annual leave, and Local Government Pension Scheme membership.
  • A Learning and Development team invested in your progression, regular supervision, and an Employee Assistance Programme including confidential counselling.
  • Access to staff discounts nationwide, plus options for additional and flexible leave.
