Pencoed Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Learning Support Officer to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning, committed to inclusive practice, and able to lead and inspire others.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality provision across the school, working closely with staff to ensure every child thrives academically, socially and emotionally.
