We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised Workforce Officer to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of key workforce priorities across the Council, helping to ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place to deliver excellent services to our communities both now and in the future.
Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead and support a range of workforce projects focused on recruitment and retention, workforce planning, career pathways, workforce wellbeing and organisational sustainability.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
