A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – Communities Directorate Support to lead and develop our Directorate Support Unit, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality administrative, operational and strategic support across Communities services.

In this role you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Directorate Support Unit
- Support, coach and develop staff performance and wellbeing
- Oversee complaints, FOI requests and member enquiries
- Manage communications with councillors, partners and residents
- Ensure effective business support for meetings, consultations and projects
- Drive improvements in systems, processes and performance reporting
