- Develop strategies, structures and systems to ensure the achievement of the vision for the school and its principles for teaching and learning.
- Ensure that students experience highly effective learning
- Ensure that routines are focused on promoting highly effective learning, including self-study
- Ensure that the learning environment is purposefully organised for effective learning
- Seek the views of learners to provide insight into the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
- Uphold the principles of high-quality teaching and learning within the curriculum area.
