Salary: £37,280 - £46,142 per annum. Starting point will be determined in line with the Progression Framework.

Contract: 6 months, Full time, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strengths‑based, outcome‑focused social work interventions, supporting recovery, resilience, social inclusion, and community engagement for adults with complex mental health problems.
  • Conduct needs assessment, develop and review care and support plans for adults with complex mental health issues and potential co‑occurring problems not receiving secondary services.
  • Collaborate with the Adult Social Care Mental Health Team and ARC to ensure effective service operation and contribute to its ongoing development.
  • Protect children, young people or adults at risk, in line with council responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Enhanced Children and Adults Barred list criminal records check (DBS) is required.
  • Ability to greet customers in Welsh.
