Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a senior leader to develop and deliver the early years operational and infrastructure strategy across the county. The role aligns with national policy, statutory frameworks and local needs, working within the early years and childcare senior leadership team to ensure a coherent, whole-system approach.
The post will drive childcare expansion, workforce planning and partnerships, oversee premises and health and safety, and coordinate cross-agency.
