Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to take on the role of Lead Education Engagement Co-ordinator. This is a key leadership position within the Education Engagement Team, where you will play a vital role in improving school attendance, supporting vulnerable learners, and ensuring that all children and young people have access to appropriate and inclusive education.
You will operationally lead the team and work closely with schools, families, and partner agencies to drive improved outcomes for children at risk of disengagement from education. We are looking for a candidate who brings strong leadership, expertise, and commitment to supporting children and families.
