This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Social Work Team who deliver high standards of professional practice in a multi-disciplinary setting. Caswell Clinic is a medium secure hospital providing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare to individuals with a severe mental illness who have committed serious offences. Whilst part of a well-supported team, you will carry a complex caseload and work in a Multi-Disciplinary Team.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed, qualified social worker, you will utilise a strengths-based approach, be committed to trauma informed care and have excellent organisational skills. You will possess a high level of report writing skills and be able to demonstrate a value led approach, advocating for our disadvantaged and stigmatised patient group.

This role is based within our Women's Service.

Forensic Social Work is a specialism in which knowledge and experience of mental health issues is an advantage, however we welcome applicants with a wide range of skills and experience. We encourage potential applicants to contact us for a discussion and to learn more about the Service.
