This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Social Work Team who deliver high standards of professional practice in a multi-disciplinary setting. Caswell Clinic is a medium secure hospital providing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare to individuals with a severe mental illness who have committed serious offences. Whilst part of a well-supported team, you will carry a complex caseload and work in a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
You will be an enthusiastic and committed, qualified social worker, you will utilise a strengths-based approach, be committed to trauma informed care and have excellent organisational skills. You will possess a high level of report writing skills and be able to demonstrate a value led approach, advocating for our disadvantaged and stigmatised patient group. This role is based within our Women’s Service.
- Salary: £44,075 - £46,142 per annum. Starting point will be determined in line with Progression Framework.
- A relocation package up to £8,000 will be considered for this post.
- Contractual hours: 37 hours per week.
- Basis: Full time.
- An Enhanced with Adults Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
- A valid driving licence is a requirement for this post.
