Are you an experienced Business Support Officer interested in developing your knowledge and experience in informing and supporting system development? If so, then the post of Business Support & Data Quality Lead provides an exciting opportunity to combine your Business Support experience and communication skills to support the successful implementation of the new care management system, Mosaic within the Social Services and Wellbeing Directorate.

The role offers a valuable opportunity to lead on data quality excellence, translate and inform Business Support requirements, plan and support user acceptance testing and deliver high quality end-user training. You will be committed and confident in delivering training to groups of varying numbers as well as representing Business Support at the relevant project meetings and workshops.

You should also be passionate about system development, improving the quality of our information and experienced in supporting case management systems within Social Services. Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
