37 hours per week. The Team Manager, Care Experienced Children Team will lead and manage the team responsible for Looked After and Accommodated Children up to the age of 15 in Bridgend County Borough Council. You will consult with Looked After Children in relation to the design of the support service provision, as well as work with managers and officers across the authority to implement strategies and projects relating to Looked After Children.

- Ensure safeguarding activities are carried out in line with the council’s policies and the 'Signs of Safety' social work model.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh.
- An Enhanced Children and Adults Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement.
- Commitment to protecting children, young people or adults at risk, a core responsibility of all council employees.
- Adherence to the council's Hybrid Working Policy, which allows for working hours between home and office.
