About the role
Join the Contract Monitoring Team within the Social Services & Wellbeing Commissioning Team as a full‑time, permanent role. Contract Monitoring ensures the services delivered to individuals are safe, effective, efficient and compliant with council agreements.
Responsibilities
- Visit service recipients and providers to discuss and assess care delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and share feedback.
- Identify compliance issues and recommend improvements.
- Record findings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting processes.
Qualifications and requirements
