Job Purpose

To provide an outstanding support service in Welsh and English to all Bridgend College students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh.
  • Deliver a high quality customer‑focused service.
  • Implement and maintain administration systems.
  • Use Google Suite effectively.
  • Provide good interpersonal support.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills in Welsh (essential) and English.
  • Team player, resilient, and supportive.
  • Ability to work effectively on a rota schedule.
  • Experience with customer service systems and administration is desirable.
