Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

At Bridgend College, we aren’t just teaching the future of agriculture - we’re living it. Across our 66-hectare (160-acre) estate, we run a thriving, hands‑on learning environment. We are looking for an experienced agricultural professional to step into a dual role that combines farm management with student mentorship.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
- Experience: Hands‑on experience in agricultural land, grassland, and crop management, alongside flock management, general livestock welfare (sheep, cattle, pigs), and machinery operation and maintenance.
- Compliance: Knowledge of SSSI regulations, digital record keeping, and strict Health & Safety standards.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, digital record‑keeping, and problem‑solving abilities.
- People Focused: Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
