Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
  • Proven background working with agricultural land, machinery, and livestock (sheep, cattle, and pigs).
  • Experience supervising land areas, casual staff, or technicians.
  • Strong communication, organisation, digital record‑keeping, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage farm operations, including land, machinery, and livestock, ensuring productivity and safety.
  • Mentor students and support their practical learning experience on the campus estate.
