An experienced and well-informed individual is invited to organise the heavy schedule of an MD of a property management and development company and review the several bits of information that pour into his lap on a daily basis. The MD is keen to take a step back and so the right candidate would take on an advisory and active position to deputise him to carry out the various resulting tasks in coordination with the other staff to run the business.
The right candidate should hold a strong command of the English language and the computer arena together with proven experience within the administrative and legal fields. It is rather essential that the right candidate has undertaken such a role in the past. A key word for this role would be the candidate's willingness to get involved in the nitty-gritty details of the business. That will enable the MD to let go, albeit provide ample training and supervision to the successful candidate in the early transition period.
While not essential as this is a remote-first role, it would also be useful if the candidate could be within reasonable commuting distance, as occasional travel may be required to the client’s property portfolio across North-West London. The position is part-time with the total number of hours required per week to be assessed as part of the interview process (with a competitive salary to be discussed).
