Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) has been instructed to recruit for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a Regional Building Contractor.

The ideal candidates will have a background in social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Liaison Officer include:

  • Supporting our team and residents on large housing projects working to programme
  • Co-ordinating, monitoring, tracking and supporting the annual works programme
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Logging risks
  • Producing weekly performance reviews and completion programmes

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • CSCS Card preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction in social housing
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
