Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) has been instructed to recruit for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a Regional Building Contractor.
The ideal candidates will have a background in social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector.
Responsibilities of the Tenant Liaison Officer include:
- Supporting our team and residents on large housing projects working to programme
- Co-ordinating, monitoring, tracking and supporting the annual works programme
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Logging risks
- Producing weekly performance reviews and completion programmes
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- CSCS Card preferred
- Basic understanding of construction in social housing
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
