A leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Scotland, supporting the delivery of major projects across the region. Based out of the East Kilbride office, your role will include:
- Managing and forecasting project costs, budgets and revenue
- Leading subcontractor procurement and ongoing commercial management
- Preparing valuations, variations, interim payments and final accounts
- Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial accuracy
- Ensuring full compliance with contract terms, NEC requirements and legal obligations
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS advantageous)
