About the Role We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support major projects within the Energy, Power, Renewables, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, and Data Centre sectors. This is a key position offering the opportunity to work on large-scale, complex engineering projects across the UK and Europe. What You Will Be Doing * Take full ownership of commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Act as the key commercial interface with client teams. * Manage procurement activities, including subcontractor engagement. * Conduct cost planning, risk analysis, and value engineering exercises. * Review and respond to contractually critical correspondence from clients, design teams, and subcontractors. * Oversee subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting. * Produce and maintain accurate project costing, margin, and cash flow forecasts. * Manage and negotiate project change orders with clients. Is This Role for You? * Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics. * 5+ years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to electrical or mechanical projects. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. * Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a high-performing project team.
