Bridgeman Recruitment Services are recruiting for one of our clients who is a well-established company looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with proven residential (high rise apartment, hotel) experience. This role would suit a PM who is looking to take the next step up to Senior PM / Contracts Manager role, being involved with pre-construction through to completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong background working on residential / apartment projects
  • Leading site labour and sub-contractors
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Commercially aware
