A landmark £450m wellbeing resort—set to become one of the UK's most iconic leisure destinations—has now moved into full delivery. We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to join the senior team and lead the commercial function on this flagship project in Manchester.

The Role - Commercial Manager As the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial activity across the project lifecycle, ensuring robust commercial governance and maximum value. You will be responsible for:
- Driving commercial strategy with a clear focus on profit, cashflow, and risk mitigation
- Managing procurement, tendering, contract administration and commercial reporting
- Overseeing subcontract packages from award through to final account
- Providing cost analysis across labour, plant and materials to maximise project value
- Ensuring commercial compliance and delivering high-quality commercial insight to the project leadership team
About You You should bring:
- A proven background as a Commercial Manager on major construction or complex CM-led projects
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing high-value subcontract packages
- Experience leading procurement, tendering, variations, cost control and final accounts
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
- Experience on large, complex or flagship UK construction projects
