Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum + uncapped commission (up to 30%)

Location: Stockport

We are looking for a Construction Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Division based in Stockport – your focus will be to manage a serviced account and develop new business of your own.

What We\’re Looking For

• 1+ years\’ experience in recruitment (Construction preferred)
• Strong business development and sales skills – able to generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, ambitious attitude with the drive to grow your desk and career
