At Team Build Construction our key focus is on exceeding expectations, with us you get dedication, innovation, quality. We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join our team in Cramlington. The successful candidate will be required to fit sheet vinyl, rubber (including coving and capping), carpet tiles, latex screed, broadloom carpets in and around the North East area and may be required to work away (dependent upon the needs of the business).
The successful candidate must also:
- Be reliable with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing all works to the highest possible standard
- Be fully qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the role
- Have a CSCS card
- Have experience with fitting flooring in a commercial and retail environment
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do approach to their work
- Full driving licence
- Believe wholeheartedly in safety first and good housekeeping
Hourly rate for the right candidate will be £18.50 per hour with overtime available. Formal, relevant qualifications are preferable, a full driving licence is essential, and salary is negotiable dependent upon experience. A Company vehicle may be provided to the successful candidate. Having access to your own tools would be advantageous but not essential.
