BRS Ltd is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Hyde. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a reputable company.
Duties Include:
- Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
- Delivering and collecting goods to customer sites across the UK.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time.
- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where required.
- Loading and unloading where necessary.
- Adhering to all DVSA regulations, Working Time Directive, and company procedures.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC Qualification Card.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous HGV driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of UK road networks and transport legislation.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN endorsements).
