Senior Quantity Surveyor – Scotland Are you looking for your next exciting career move? A leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Scotland, supporting the delivery of major projects across the region. Based out of the East Kilbride office, your role will include: Key Responsibilities ✅ Managing and forecasting project costs, budgets and revenue ✅ Leading subcontractor procurement and ongoing commercial management ✅ Preparing valuations, variations, interim payments and final accounts ✅ Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial accuracy ✅ Ensuring full compliance with contract terms, NEC requirements and legal obligations What We’re Looking For ✅ At least 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering ✅ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts ✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills ✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS advantageous) What’s on Offer ✅ Competitive salary + car allowance + benefits package ✅ Continuous professional development and career progression opportunities ✅ Supportive team environment with autonomy to lead projects ✅ Exposure to a variety of challenging and high-profile schemes
