Bridgeman Recruitment Services (BRS) are looking for experienced Approved Electricians to join our contractor network and support a range of clients across commercial and industrial electrical projects. The Role As a Contract Electrician, you will carry out a variety of electrical works for our clients, including installation, maintenance, testing, inspection and remedial works. We are looking for confident, competent electricians who can work independently, adapt quickly to different sites and take on a wide range of electrical tasks. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and remedial works * Complete Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) * Carry out fault finding and electrical diagnostics * Install and replace electrical equipment and components * Undertake general electrical works across domestic, commercial and industrial environments * Identify and rectify electrical faults * Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations * Complete all relevant certification and paperwork * Work professionally and independently on client sites Requirements * Fully qualified Approved Electrician * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Strong experience in EICRs, testing and inspection * Confident carrying out a wide range of electrical works * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Good knowledge of BS 7671 and electrical safety regulations * Previous contracting experience preferred * Own tools and relevant PPE What We Offer * A variety of clients and electrical projects * Regular contracting opportunities for reliable electricians * Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications * The opportunity to build strong, ongoing relationships with our clients Interested?
