Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) are currently looking for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy housing development in Crewe. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring safe access around the project.
Duties Include:
- Directing and guiding site traffic, deliveries, and plant machinery safely around site
- Banking wagons and plant using correct hand signals and radio communication
- Ensuring pedestrian walkways and vehicle routes remain safe and clear
- Assisting with site access and gate duties when required
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
- Communicating effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management
- Helping with general labouring duties when needed
Requirements:
- Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience working on housing or construction sites
- Full PPE
- Good communication skills and awareness of site safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
