Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) are currently recruiting experienced 2nd Fix Joiners to work with a leading civils contractor across projects in Belfast. This role involves finishing and installation work on site, ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship across various civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of 2nd fix joinery work
- Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and ironmongery
- Fitting fixtures and finishing timber elements to a high standard
- Reading and working from drawings and site plans
- Working alongside other trades to meet project deadlines
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in 2nd fix joinery, ideally within civils or commercial projects
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
