Becoming a Superhero

We’re proud of our happy home and are dedicated to creating a place where everyone enjoys coming to work each day.

As well being part of a lively and supportive team, we are surrounded by fascinating residents who also bring so much to our lives every day too.

About the role

As a FemaleRehabilitation Assistant (Days), you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence, confidence and quality of life. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care while encouraging residents to do as much as they can for themselves and supporting them to stay active and engaged within our home.

Your warm, patient and caring approach will help you build genuine relationships with our residents. You’ll get to know their individual personalities, routines, interests, likes and dislikes, allowing you to provide care that is truly tailored to each person.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care and day-to-day support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, using the bathroom and moving around safely.
  • Spending meaningful time with residents, encouraging conversation, activities and social interaction so they can enjoy life within our home.
  • Being attentive to each resident’s physical and emotional wellbeing and recognising any changes in their needs or behaviour.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and at home.
  • Treating every resident with dignity, care and compassion at all times.

Exceptional people make an exceptional care home

We're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun! For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you don’t need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.

What we do look for are individuals who share our sense of compassion, care about people’s comfort and happiness and want to make a positive difference to the lives of our treasured residents and team members.
