About the role:
As our Lifestyle Assistant (Bank) you will help host a variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well being.
- You’ll be partaking in activities with residents so you’ll need to be energetic and willing to dance and sing.
- Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
