What You'll Do:
- Recruit, manage, and support our skilled SIA Door Supervisors, maintaining safety and professionalism across nightlife venues in your area.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive growth and business development, identifying new opportunities across the region.
- Manage payroll and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently (full training provided).
- Lead from the front – motivating, guiding, and supporting teams on-site.
Who We're Looking For:
- Holder of a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence with your own transport.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- A proven leader with experience in security management (or a related field).
- Highly organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Salary: £31,200 per annum
